Refund Policy

All sales are final

Vochestra is a digital product — your license key and download are delivered to you instantly and can be used the moment you receive them. For that reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital good delivered immediately and that you are not entitled to a refund or a cooling-off period.

Before you buy

We want you to buy with confidence, so please make sure Vochestra is right for you first:

• Vochestra runs on macOS and requires you to bring your own Google Gemini API key and your own coding-agent tools.
• Each license activates one Mac.
• If you have any questions about whether it fits your setup, email us before purchasing — we're happy to help.

If your license won't activate

A no-refund policy is not a no-support policy. If your license key doesn't work or the app won't activate, contact us and we'll fix it — reissue your key, help you move it to the right Mac, or resolve whatever is blocking activation. Getting you working is our responsibility.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, or you see a charge you didn't make, contact us right away and we'll investigate and correct genuine billing errors.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback for a delivered, working license may result in your license being revoked.
